• Unauthorized Authentic: Sourced from verified global markets and trusted resellers. These items are original and identical in quality but not purchased through official brand contracts.

We do not sell fakes, copies, or replicas under any circumstance.



2. Orders & Processing

• All orders are confirmed upon successful payment and enter processing immediately.
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.



3. Shipping & Delivery

• All products are imported on-demand based on your order.
• Standard delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on customs clearance and shipping conditions.
• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or external factors beyond our control.



4. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final.
• Returns and refunds are not accepted for any delivered item unless there is a proven error or defect.
• In the rare event of a clear issue, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• International orders
• Custom or made-to-order items
